Dear project partner,

The EU commission has now approved our project proposal. There has been a reduction of the grant from the requested 300.000 Euro to 281.394 Euro, i.e. we have 18.606 Euro less than hoped for.

Please reserve the dates November 15^th to 18^th for our kick-off meeting in Brussels. I would advice you to start making travel reservations (to get the cheapest tickets). I can recommend a couple of good and inexpensive hotels near our meeting place at the EfVET Central Office:

I need the names of the people who will be working with the project and I would also like to know who will be coming to the Brussels meeting in November. I can make the hotel arrangements if you want me to do so.
