Task based learning / teaching

Students Working with a simple task. They are given a page each with pictures from a cartoon.

The pictures have been mixed and the students have to describe their pictures to one another and after that put together a logical story by finding and agreeing on the sequence of the pictures.

It is important that the students do NOT show their page to one another, not even when they think they have found the correct sequence of pictures. The instructor's role is to tell them if their solution is acceptable. If not they have to continue describing pictures and finding the story.

The second method described is "Task Based Learning" The project team working on the task was The Basque with the German and Romanian teams as sparring partners.
