Digital pools of materials

Part of the pools project is to produce pools of digital materials to be used during the planned teacher courses. The materials may be used for compiling software and exercises for language teaching.

N.B. Most of the materials are copyleft, but a few have restrictions that are indicated with each file.

Language pools of videos and texts

The Pools project teams produced videos and audios that can be used for language learning/teaching. The recordings cover different aspects of life, culture, and education in their respective countries.

Each recording is transcribed and with translations into English

One of the most important outcomes of the COOL project is the updated versions of Clilstore which is a free authoring tool where learners can enjoy the outputs where all words are linked to +118 languages

Videos demonstrating language teaching methods

CLIL Inspiration videos

In the first half of 2015 the project produced six videos that show pupils/students learning a subject through a foreign language. The videos serve as demonstrator of six of the scenarios, but also act as promotion / awareness raising material for the CLIL method and motivation for learning foreign languages.

The videos (with subtitles in English, Spanish, Greek, Danish, Maltese, and Italian) cover six topics and have been recorded in real classes
